I've got error during search initialization. What's wrong?
First at all you must to be sure that you use latest version of AEE.

If you have version 2.96 or earlier you must update! Those versions does not supported anymore. Update from 2.xx to 2.xx are free for registered users. You can download current version of AEE and use your registration key to unlock all features of AEE.
  • Check that you can reach host s0s.mailutilities.com in Internet Explorer
  • If you can reach this host then check - do you allow AEE connect to internet at Windows Firewall Settings. Otherwise you must to contact your network administrator or ISP.
  • Try to re-install AEE.

Please note. AEE v.2.xx was been discontinued at 27 February 2009. You can upgrade to v.3.xx by follow link:
