This error appears because you do not have MS XML Parser 3.0 or MS XML Parser 4.0 installed.
Please follow online MS XML test at our website (JavaScript must to be enabled).
You can update/restore Microsoft XML Parser 3.0 using this link. You must to use replace mode during installation.
After installation please launch command: regsvr32 msxml3.dll
Note: MS XML installation fix has been included in AEE installation package at 18 December, 2008. |
